 Tanerau Latimer of Rangiuru has been named in the All Black squad for the 3 tests coming up against France and Italy. If he makes it onto the field, he will become the first Bay All Black since Kevin Senio appeared for 2 minutes back in 2005. With McCaw out, there was a new openside flanker required and Latimer has been the standout NZ openside through the whole Super 14. While Scott Waldrom's injury made it inevitable that Tanerau would be selected, I have a feeling that Henry would have reversed the selection decision of last year and picked Latimer ahead of Waldrom.
