Steamers Steaming Angry
Written by Kiwi Pie

OK we lost, I can accept that but the last action of that game left a very bad taste in the mouth. Waldrom knocks on clear as day and yet the referee didn't seem to see it as he didn't indicate advantage to us. Incompetence is a bad way to end a game that meant so much to both sides. The farcical yellow card for Bourke and the non-card for Taumalolo are other reasons to feel bitter today.

We were only in the lead in the closing minutes courtesy of a peach of a try to Delany, created by Bourke and these two combining to prevent what looked like three certain tries to the Magpies. Looking on the bright side, we at least picked up a bonus point and with three wins from three we can still sneak into the semis.
