Currently plying his trade in the far North playing for Saracens, Jacko's direction of play has been missed by the Steamers after their fairytale 2004 season.  Finished on 49 games for the Union, the same number he played for Dirty Scumbag Waikato.

Played his best rugby in his last season by a long haul, and had Ferrit Foster, the Chiefs coach trying his damndest to keep him in New Zealand for the 2005 Super 12.  Rumour has it he would have been the highest paid non All Black in New Zealand, and would have been worth every cent.  However, the pounds were better, and off to Pommyland it was.

Was the goalkicking mystro that saw the Bay through to their first Ranfurly Shield win in 2004, controlling the game with aplomb in second half as the Bay came storming home.

Also turned out for New Zealand Maori over the years, part of the unbeaten team for umpteen years.
