Halfback Jamie Nutbrown has signed a 3 year contract with the Bay Steamers after he left in 2008 to play in Wales. Nutbrown was the Mafia Player of the Year in 2006 and will be a welcome addition to the Bay squad for this condensed ITM Cup season.
